Business Development:Develop and maintain a self-sustaining book of business in the field of general finance.Drive strategic initiatives to expand the firm's footprint in the finance sector.Provide expert legal advice and counsel in general finance matters.Oversee complex financial transactions, regulatory compliance, and contractual negotiations.Client Management:Cultivate and manage relationships with high-value clients in the general finance industry.Understand client needs and deliver tailored legal solutions.Leadership and Collaboration:Collaborate with firm leadership to set strategic goals and objectives.Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys and legal staff.Practice Expansion:Contribute to the growth and diversification of the general finance practice area.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the finance sector.Requirements:
Portable Business:Must possess a portable business in the practice area of general finance.Book of Business:Maintain a self-sustaining book of business of at least $1 million.Bar Admission:Must be admitted to practice law in Florida.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Bar admission in the state of Florida.Skills:
Strong business development and client relationship management skills.Leadership and mentorship abilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
