KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Senior Account Management/Client Service : As the primary relationship manager for a set of accounts, you are responsible for overall client satisfaction. Manage client expectations and deliver outstanding client service to both external and internal teams. Understand clients' business goals and provide strategic PR/marketing/business strategy counsel. Play a hands-on role in proposing new strategies and regular idea generation for Inprela's clients and key stakeholders. Own relationship management and results accountability, with accurate budget and resource management across a diverse client roster.

Estimating : Develop accurate estimates of Inprela's services to support new business proposals, support existing client contracts/SOWs, and accurately report annual budgets and plans for new and existing clients. This includes regular reporting to monitor trends related to the costs associated with core services and deliverables.

Quality Control : Oversee and provide direction on resource management and content, including white papers, visual storytelling, case studies, thought leadership articles, social media posts, news releases, LinkedIn-sponsored content programs, influencer engagement, event activation, media list development, etc. Ability to conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, client industries, and competitive landscape.

Client Retention & Growth : Drive (inside sales) client retention, renewals, organic growth, upsells, and client satisfaction. This includes developing an internal facing "account plan" that assesses opportunities and risks with each account and maps specific strategies to increase client "stickiness" with Inprela. Ability to participate in pitches and proposals for potential clients, contributing to agency growth.

Program Collaboration : Partner with other internal cross-functional teams (program strategist,content and engagement team) to ensure that our client programs are aligned to deliver on clientobjectives, deadlines, and exceeding goals.

Project Management : Lead the planning and execution of PR/marketing/storytelling campaigns. Ensure budgets and deadlines are met, and financial/profitability targets are hit. Manage workflow and the internal and freelance resources needed to get the work done.

End Of The First Year:

Success would mean strong, established relationships with client contactsyou serve, getting high marks from the internal team in your quarterly peer feedback results regarding how you show up as an Inprelian, execution, leadership on accounts, meeting or exceeding client goals for brand awareness, engagement, and lead-gen.

QUALIFICATIONS

7-10 years of experience in public relations/marketing/storytelling, with relevant experience in healthcare, manufacturing, and technology sectors.5+ years of visual storytelling experience (serving as the liaison between the client and design/production talent, providing creative direction).Proven track record of successfully managing multiple high-profile PR/marketing accounts and campaigns.Exceptional client management skills with the ability to build and sustain strong, long-term relationships,Experience in providing strategic counsel to clients and acting as their trusted advisor. Build the type of relationship with a client where they respect and rely upon your counsel before making decisions.Comfortable consulting on a broad range of marketing and PR objectives-from awareness-building to thought leadership to crisis/reputation management to visual storytelling to lead-generation.Deft at having "critical conversations" with clients-whether it be to discuss feedback on our work or to manage expectations on how far their budget goes relative to deliverables and results.Build strong internal relationships: Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with multiple departments.Financial acumen. Strong understanding of financial principles and budget management.Ability to create, monitor, and manage budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are used effectively to achieve strategic goals while maintaining transparency and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.Skilled in accurately reporting financial information to internal stakeholders and clients, providing detailed financial reports and updates.Ability to identify discrepancies or potential issues in budget reports and address them promptly.Ability to generate detailed financial reports that provide insights into budget allocation, spending trends, and return on investment (ROI).Ability to manage high-pressure situations and provide strategic guidance.Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.Strong presentation skills and executive presence.Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.Adherence to industry best practices and standards.Proficient with Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel), Trello, and other PR/marketing tools.Design skills (Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, other visual content experience) are a plus.
