Join™ is seeking an Enterprise Sales Account Executive to build out the

area of North America. As an Enterprise Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for outside business-to-business (B2B) sales, expertise in running entire sales cycles to gain new market share as a trusted advisor & problem-solver. Most territories will have enterprise beachhead accounts which will provide opportunities for growing existing revenue.

What you'll do...

Prospect for new business and new logo opportunitiesGrow Join's revenue in existing beachhead accountsSet, facilitate, and lead client appointmentsDiscover, assess, and validate client needsDesign and develop solution strategiesPresent, demonstrate, and propose offeringsClose, negotiate, and execute win/win contractsContinue to manage, strategize, and conduct regular business reviews of accountsExceed revenue and/or gross profit sales objectivesStay up to date regarding changes in technologyWhat you need to succeed...

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferredTechnology sales experience is requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer problem-solving and rapport-building abilitiesGreat interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilitiesPersonal drive and internal motivation toward high achievementAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentWillingness to take risks and try innovative, new approachesProven track record in growing revenue and new business opportunitiesRelationships in Enterprise networking environment preferredHow we set you up for success...

Compensation: $120,000-150,000 based on experience plus variable compensation based on experience and geographic location.
