We are currently expanding our team in Pure Barre and seeking a qualified Sales Manager that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. POSITION:

The Sales Manager will oversee all studio sales functionality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive new membership, retail sales and member retention activitiesImplement and execute the sales process built on corporate LASER lead management workflow to schedule prospects into introductory classes, enroll them into a membership plan and retain members.Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio including but not limited to Grass Roots, community networking events and studio promotionProvide exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone and emailBecome proficient at gym management software (ClubReady) to perform POS activities, troubleshoot client account inquiries, identify sales opportunities as well as report revenue sales, attendance reports, member renewals/upgrades to achieve sales targets.Manage, supervise, and schedule Sales Representatives staffCollect out-standing duesEnforce studio policies and procedures relating to customersCreate Social media content to generate leads, foster member retention, and drive retails salesRegularly refresh retail on display and make recommendations for new retail. Ultimately assume responsibility for order management and vendor relations.Independently make decisions related to high level customer serviceExecute light housekeeping duties (e.g. order administrative supplies/studio literature; maintain cleanliness and organization; and other duties as assigned)REQUIREMENTS:

This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retailMust have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phoneMust be solution-based and results-oriented, competitive spirit and work collaboratively with ownerHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgmentAn affinity and passion for fitnessConfident in generating personal sales and training Sales RepPreference: 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experiencePreference: previous management or supervisory experience requiredAbility to excel in a fast changing, diverse environmentProfessional, punctual, reliable, and organizedStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and able to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general publicProficiency with computers and studio softwareCOMPENSATION & PERKS:

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
