Regional Sales Manager in Training

We're seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager in Training to join our Connecticut team! This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and sales acumen while making a significant impact in the rapidly growing renewable energy sector.
Solar is expected to grow 400% in the next 2 years, so now is the time to join our high performing sales team as we focus on continuing to grow our business
ResponsibilitiesRun weekly sales calls, monthly sales meetings and oversee employee trainings as requiredParticipate in a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as a Regional Sales ManagerMonitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing coaching and support to team members to optimize their performanceIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region, contributing to the growth and expansion of Trinity Solar's market presenceConduct in-home and over-the-phone sales to warm prospects and pursue multiple outbound marketing initiatives that include canvassing, events, referrals and personal marketing to source new solar clientsInitiate contact with potential customers who have not yet expressed interest, using a persuasive and informative approachConduct thorough discovery conversations to uncover pain points, challenges, and goals of potential customersListen actively and ask relevant questions to gather comprehensive informationPresent solutions that directly address the prospect's identified needs and align with their objectivesOvercome objections and negotiate terms to bring about successful closuresMaintain focus on achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotasRegularly update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information obtained during interactions with prospectsContinuously prospect for new leads and opportunities within the designated territory to ensure a healthy pipeline of potential salesCustomize demonstrations to highlight features and capabilities most relevant to the prospect's needsAddress questions and concerns effectively during and after the demo to maintain interest and move the sales process forwardRequired Qualifications:
Proven inside sales experience (2-4years)Previous Solar Sales experience is requiredDemonstrated ability to over-achieve quota consistentlyStrong phone and in-home presenceProficient with CRM systems and video conferencing toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective listener with strong presentation capabilitiesAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyOur sales representatives come from all types of industries.
