Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Office Duties:
Manage day-to-day office operations including filing, answering phones, and handling correspondence.Reception:
Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner. Direct them to appropriate personnel and answer inquiries.Scheduling:
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Maintain office calendars and meeting schedules.Supplies Management:
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory. Order supplies as needed to ensure the office is well-stocked.Documentation:
Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate and organized filing systems.Mail Handling:
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare and send outgoing mail and packages.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Benefits
