We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, providing support to our employees, and maintaining a productive and efficient work environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing office operations and proceduresAnswer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondenceGreet visitors, clients, and employees and direct them to the appropriate department or individualSort and distribute incoming mail and packagesSchedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and eventsMaintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessaryOrganize and maintain filing systems, both paper and electronicHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretionPrepare reports, presentations, and data analysis as requiredAssist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entryAssist with HR tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee recordsSkills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plusProven experience in a similar role as an Office Assistant or Administrative AssistantStrong knowledge of office procedures and equipment, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyAttention to detail and high level of accuracyStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyProfessional and courteous demeanorAbility to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive informationBenefits
