The Entry Level Events Assistant will support the events team in organizing and executing various events, including conferences, webinars, and corporate gatherings. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in event planning and management, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and coordination of company events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management.Support event setup and breakdown, ensuring all materials and equipment are in place and functioning properly.Help manage event registration, including handling RSVPs, check-ins, and guest inquiries.Coordinate with vendors, such as caterers, decorators, and audio-visual providers, to ensure seamless event execution.Create and distribute event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.Monitor event activities to ensure they run smoothly and address any issues that arise promptly.Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses.Collect and analyze post-event feedback to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to event planning and execution.Provide administrative support to the events team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.Strong interest in event planning and a desire to learn and grow in the field.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work well under pressure.Benefits
