Overview:

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Course Facilitator to support the U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC).This position is based at Hurlburt Field, FL.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below, as outlined in the contract statement of work:Provide course facilitation support for a portfolio of Air Commando development courses.Plan, organize, and coordinate activities related to course execution and close-out.Supervise classroom activities. Deliver online and in-residence instruction to facilitate learning experiences for Air Commandos in alignment with AFSOCs strategic mission and vision. Evaluate learning, provide constructive feedback, and maintain student records.Partner with internal subject-matter experts and external organizations to validate and address training and education needs. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify knowledge and skills gaps and develop appropriate instructional solutions and assessments. Engage in continuous quality improvement of courseware and classroom management practices.Possess a solid understanding of core topics to include, but not limited to, roles and functions of wartime staff, principles of warfare, joint warfighting functions, warfighting constructs and theories, instruments of national power, the Joint Planning Process, and the Military Decision Making Process.Education, Requirements and Qualifications:

Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. ( An active Secret clearance preferred.)A Bachelors degree or higher in related field. 6 years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's DegreeExperience Develops, reviews, and evaluates lessons, educational programs, and courses on warfare principles, joint war-fighting functions, and multinational operations.Experience conducting classroom exercises to enhance students' understanding and prepare them for military leadership roles.Travel required, possibly outside continental United States.Desired Experience:Graduate of, or previous instructor experience at one or more of the following schools or equivalents: SAAS, SAMs, JAWs, SAWs, JMPE II, JTFSBC, Air University LeMay Center.Graduate of the Joint Planning Support Element (JPSE) Joint Planners Course, Joint Information Planners Course (JIPC), Special Forces Course, Ranger School, STS, Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES), Senior NCO Academy, or similar is highly preferred.Previous staff assignment as an action/plans officer (or higher) on a COCOM, TSOC, JTF staff, or the Joint Staff.Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

Able to remain stationary position 50% of the time. Work in office environment with distractions.Extended periods of sitting or standing may be required.Travel required, possibly outside continental United States.#LI-onsite
