What You'll DoOwn an enterprise client book of business against Fortune 300 companies, with an emphasis on eCommerce business modelsEngage and influence senior client and agency stakeholders, including the C-Suite, to grow their businesses with adMarketplace solutionsConduct extensive client and market research, creating custom messaging to address specific client needs and pitch effectively against the competitionNavigate client and prospect organizational structure to establish and nurture a strong network of relationships at various levelsFacilitate "Forever Partnerships" with clients by aligning and executing on a long-term partnership visionBuild, maintain and accurately track a large prospect pipeline to deliver on quarterly and annual sales targetsRepresent the company and foster new relationships at premier industry eventsCollaborate across the Sales, Marketing, Product and Publisher teams to facilitate high customer satisfaction and new business growthCoach team members on expertise to develop talent, foster career growth and grow overall company revenueQualifications

Bachelor's degree; 8 to 10+ years as a strong performer in enterprise and/or large customer salesExperience solution selling to key stakeholders at brands and agencies across multiple disciplines including media, analytics and financeStrong sales, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively execute on discovery, objection handling and closing with decision makers at multiple levels within an organizationProven results on securing multi-million dollar long-term partnerships domestically and/or globallyProficiency in building and leveraging professional network to facilitate introductions and testimonials to prospective customer decision makersAptitude for sharing and gathering market, competitive and business insightsCapacity to own and prioritize a sizeable book of business across multiple verticalsConsultative analytical and data driven problem solver that can comfortably navigate complex customer conversationsPreferred Qualifications

1-3 years of management experience is a plusExperience in performance media and/or eCommerce business modelsFluency in Media Math metrics and a working knowledge of measurement methodologies including MMM, MTA & LTAProficiency in Salesforce and Google WorkspaceOpportunities

$280,000 - $330,000 OTE

*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
