As a Business Development Manager, you will report to the Senior Director, ZI Labs & GTM Innovation, and be responsible for identifying, growing, and leading strategic professional services opportunities to close, driving revenue and growth for the ZI Labs business. Your role includes partnering with our Enterprise Account Managers to bring your GTM strategy expertise to our customer base, showcasing the value and revenue impact in transforming their GTM strategies. In this role, you will be an integral part of driving the growth of our strategic GTM services, focusing on our largest enterprise accounts, which are on par with industry giants like Amazon.

What You'll Do:

Partner closely with Enterprise Customer segment Senior Account Managers to identify new business professional and managed services opportunitiesAct as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding the unique challenges and goals of both prospective customers, and consult on their GTM transformation goalsSupport the Business Consulting team in showing customers the value of transforming and modernizing their GTM strategies through the use of data, ZoomInfo, and other GTM technologiesProactively grow strategic relationships within assigned customers, identifying opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to remediate and/or exploreEnsure customer feedback is captured and conveyed internally to enable ongoing improvement of ZoomInfo products and servicesDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer's organizational structure, needs, and pain pointsAssist our ZI Labs and Sales teams in managing negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring successful contract executionWhat You'll Bring:

3+ yrs of Professional Services, SaaS business development experience, or another related fieldProven track record of success in supporting complex B2B salesStrong understanding of GTM plays processes, including ideation, GTM planning, launch, and ongoing managementProven ability to develop and execute successful GTM programs, driving revenue growth and profitabilityKnowledge of data architecture, AI / ML modeling, and generative AI solutionsStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication skills including issue tracking, triaging, and crisis managementExceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust with key decision-makers and influencersAbility to efficiently manage multiple books of business, communicate effectively with internal and external customers at all levels, and deliver informative, well-organized presentationsAdaptability to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and the ability to navigate complex organizationsContinual drive to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships, managing client expectations effectively

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.

$100,000-$137,500 USD
