In this position, you will interact with customers via telephone, email, and written correspondence and educate customers about federal and state requirements applicable to their business and share information about DMV services and benefits Virginia offers to the Motor Carrier industry. Responsibilities include:•Examining customer work to validate accuracy and completeness and help ensure compliance with the OA requirements •Working collaboratively with other team members, field office and call center staff to ensure that timely smooth quality service is provided •Application management for document retrieval by preparation, scanning, and indexing This is a wage position limited to working no more than 1,500 hours per agency during the 12-month period of May 1 - April 30, regardless of the hire date. The wage employment period resets on May 1 of the following year. All wage employees are limited to working no more than 29 hours per week on average over the 12-month period.
