JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for designing, managing, implementing, and optimizing all network and information security infrastructure. Supporting and maintaining all network infrastructure, including servers, network switches, routers, wireless controllers, access points, and cable/fiber plant. Additional responsibilities include ongoing management, optimization, and monitoring of network infrastructure and firewall needs; working closely with vendors and consulting services; optimizing real-time location services, including asset/temperature tag system. Provides tier II network support for partners, colleagues, and Customer Service Analysts. Works closely with the Applications team to assist in problem resolution when needed.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING QUALIFICATIONS:
A college degree in computer science/information technology or related/applicable field(s) is required. Minimum of 6 or more years of network administrator in an enterprise environment supporting enterprise Cisco and Aruba LAN/WAN protocols. Enterprise Aruba Wireless networks and protocols experience preferred but not required. Palo Alto Firewall and Global Protect VPN experience is a plus. Hybrid work
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS:
Industry certification is preferred but not required.
