Key Responsibilities:
Perform and supervise electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and light commercial projects.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues efficiently, ensuring compliance with local and national codes.
Conduct safety inspections, prepare cost estimates, and provide accurate and timely solutions to customers.
Plan and execute the layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures according to job specifications.
Lead and train a team of electricians, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.
Maintain company tools, vehicles, and property, ensuring they are used correctly and accounted for.
Utilize advanced testing equipment to ensure system compatibility and safety.
Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and integrity in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Valid Michigan Master Electrician license.
4+ years of experience in residential electrical work.
Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor junior electricians.
Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
Clean driving record, background check, and drug screening required.
