Position Summary:This position will steward the distributors independent business (AOM/CMA/independent retail) and all key stakeholders within the bottlers/distributors. The ADM drives performance on company strategies as well as develops and ensures execution of programing while enhancing sales and share within our independent bottler led customers.

Essential Job Functions:

Develop and maintain relationships with the Club Coke representative teams to ensure execution of agreed upon Monster & customer objectives.Initiate and secure meetings with the appropriate Club Coke reps to review the Monster business and discuss sales growth opportunities.Proactively communicate with the MEC Business Units on opportunities and execution of key programs with their AOM/Independent customers. Additionally, work in collaboration with the respective Monster Region Managers, Commercialization teams, and FSR’s as needed.Train internal Monster employees on execution at store level and best practices to utilize when working with and selling to AOM/Independent customers.Work with MEC’s distribution partners in training and understanding the energy category, MEC brands, and MEC business within the AOM/Independent channel, in addition to developing best practices for working with and executing our programs with our customers.Work on special projects as identified by their manager to grow Monster sales andConducts business reviews with customers, our distribution partners, and MEC personnel to identify opportunities for sales growth.Demonstrates a passion for understanding business practices, trends and technology affecting the business, industry and marketplace.Leverage understanding of key business drivers, such as customers, consumers, competitors, and company, to get results.Demonstrates an understanding of issues relevant to the broadMaintains customer focus to proactively identify opportunities to improve service to the customer, quickly and effectively responds to customer problems, partners with other functions/department to meet customerUnderstands and anticipates how business plans and actions will impact both MEC and the customerProvides timely, constructive and actionable feedback to coach others to improveAbility to present to large and small audiences with the customers, bottlers or MEC BU’sStrong negotiation skills with the ability to overcomePosition Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing orExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to establish good relationships and credibility with customers; ability to collaborate at all levels of both the internally within the Monster Energy Company as well as with the customer.Excellent at managing time, priorities andAble to work independently while being a teamProficiency using Excel, Word, andFlexibility to travel as needed; generally 70% of time

Base Pay Range: $69,675 - 99,535 (+)
