We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our key customers in the automotive title industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and customer service, with specific experience in the automotive title or related industries. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to manage complex relationships to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership success.Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for key customers, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.Understand clients' business needs, challenges, and objectives to offer tailored solutions that add value.Regularly meet with clients to discuss their account status, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.Account Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement account management strategies to meet client needs and company objectives.Create detailed account plans, setting short-term and long-term goals for client satisfaction and business growth.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and strengthen client partnerships.Customer Service Excellence:

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and facilitating effective communication between the client and internal teams.Coordinate with the operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth and accurate title processing for key clients.Monitor the performance of client accounts, ensuring that services are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.Contract Management and Negotiation:

Manage the negotiation and renewal of contracts with large customers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.Work closely with the legal department to ensure all agreements comply with company policies and industry regulations.Review and analyze contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions and strategic planning.Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support:

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align efforts and deliver a cohesive customer experience.Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.Provide training and support to internal teams on client-specific needs and account management best practices.Client Onboarding and Education:

Lead the onboarding process for new large customers, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of services offered.Conduct training sessions and provide resources to help clients maximize the value of our services.Regularly update clients on industry trends, regulatory changes, and company updates that may impact their business.
