Let's talk about the role:Plan and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and solutions adoption.Foster and establish strong customer relationships with our top regional accounts.Negotiate customer pricing & rebate agreements.Direct sales support teams for customer support.Actively monitor customer commitments and ensure accountability.Set sales objectives, forecast revenue, and track sales progress.Leverage technical tools to enhance effective and efficient communication.Document activities within ResMed's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Let's talk about you:

Excellence in all forms of communication, including video conferencing.Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.Salesforce (SFDC) or similar customer relationship management (CRM) platform.Motivated and results-focused with an attitude for continuous improvement.Team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.Ability to travel throughout the region as necessary to achieve results.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs7-10 years of sales experience plus a Bachelors or advanced degree or equivalent combination.Prior top-ranked medical device, business-to-business (B2B) Sales experience is highly preferred.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

This role is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan with a target of

$81,000

annually.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is:

$106,000 - $158,000

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
