Responsibilities
The LVN assists the Registered Nurse and Physician in determining the health status and health needs of patients based on interpretation of health-related data and preventative health practices, in collaboration with patients, their families, and other members of immediate healthcare team.Qualifications
Job Requirements:Current Licensure as an LVN in the state of TexasAt least one year of LVN experiencePreferred Requirements:Completion or proof of an IV Therapy course/certificationAcute care experience
