Job DescriptionAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providersMonitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes or abnormalitiesAssist with patient assessments and document findings accuratelyCollaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plansEducate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniquesMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical recordsFollow aseptic techniques to prevent infection transmissionProvide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult timesQualifications

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare teamExcellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentCompassionate nature and ability to provide empathetic care to patients in needProficient in administering medications and performing basic nursing proceduresAbility to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary teamRequirements:

Valid state licensure as a Licensed Vocational NurseProficiency in electronic medical record systems such as Cerner, Epic, or similar platformsKnowledge of medical coding procedures and documentation requirementsExperience in various healthcare settings such as assisted living, medical offices, acute care, or cardiac catheterization labs is preferredFamiliarity with medical imaging techniques and pain management protocols is a plusMust have a valid U.S. passport due to contract requirements.

Compensation / Min: $65,000 Max: $80,000

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
