We're seeking a Help Desk Coordinator to join an existing team within an enterprise organization located in Memphis, TN. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of documented Help Desk experience. Excellent customer service skills and attitude are a must!

salary: $18 - 20 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Associates
responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for all team members seeking technical assistance with computer programs, hardware systems, or systems.
Performs on-site and remote trouble shooting and diagnostic test to evaluate problems with IT products.
Facilitate internal and external communications as well as monitoring the company's systems.
Follow-up and update customers on issues and best solutions based on cost and efficiencies.
Develop publications such as newsletters, releases, email announcements, planned publications, and videos.
Monitor, oversee, and manage all technology hardware and software enhancements. Oversee all outside vendors and trouble shoot all IT devices such as iPads, smart phones, and laptops.
Other duties as assigned by the CFO.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
manual lifting up to 25lbs qualifications:
Experience level: Experienced
Minimum 3 years of experience
