Job Description

A luxury timeshare client of Insight Global is looking for 6 Hybrid Business Development Representatives in Cincinnati, OH. You'll source and qualify leads through inbound, follow-up, and outbound cold calling, engaging potential buyers with a consultative sales approach. We are looking for gritty individuals with a drive to succeed in a fun and collaborative workspace designed to fuel your success.

Responsibilities:

Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and power dialer (Dialpad).

Implement strategic outbound calling, making over 80 cold calls per day.

Cultivate and nurture leads through consistent follow-up.

Schedule meetings with Sales Executives and guide prospects through the sales funnel.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years in business development with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.

Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.

Achievement-driven, competitive, and professional with high ethical values.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a virtual environment. - Bachelors or college degree preferred.

Enjoy building rapport and exceeding sales goals.
