The CNA provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.Qualifications:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:Six months previous CNA experience preferredAbility to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishBasic computer skillsPrevious customer service experience preferredHigh School diploma or GED requiredGraduate of a Nursing Assistant Program requiredState registered CNA license requiredCrisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training preferred. St. Francis Hospital opened in 2008 to keep pace with the growing needs of the Colorado Springs community on the north side of the city. St. Francis Hospital features 340-beds and offers a modern Birth Center, Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Cancer Center, Emergency Department, Level III Trauma Center, Imaging Services, Acute Inpatient Rehab, Surgical Services and Critical Care Unit.Our Total Reward Offerings:Be sure to consider our generous benefits as part of your overall compensation!
