Full Time - Monday - FridayShifts:

Start times as early as 4am 6amPay:

$22.05 per hour starting pay, with in increase to $23.63 per hour at 4 months with opportunities for overtime and additional increases after 9, 15 and 21 months in role.Additional compensation includes:

Incentive pay based on cases delivered at the completion of training, company paid benefits and an opportunity to participate in companys 401(k) retirement plan with vesting (ownership) of 100% from day one on employee and matching contributions.Home Daily

(local routes only)Additional PerksMedical, Dental, and VisionPaid Training with several development opportunities to nurture your career growthTuition Reimbursement, Wellness programs, Paid time offAppreciation events and contest throughout the year full of prizes, gear and funPosition Summary:?Responsible for the safe operation of company equipment and timely, courteous delivery of product to our customers.?Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicleUse Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as?an electric pallet jack and/or hand truckManeuver vehicle and equipment in congested areas with limited space and potential obstaclesUnload and deliver products to our customer utilizing various methodologies that may include manual conveyors, carts, or pallets in multi-temperature environmentsProvide exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnelComplete delivery and pick up paperworkPick up returned product as requiredCollect company assets to include payments, carts, pallets, etc.Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicleComplete company training and certifications as requiredEffectively communicate and maintain contact with shift supervisor, dispatch, and/or co-workersOther projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications:Required Skills and Experience:Must be at least 21 years of ageMust possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)Must have at least 1 year Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the militaryMust have and maintain an acceptable driving record in compliance with DOT requirementsMust be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basisMust be able to pass a post-offer background, DOT Physical and drug test?Preferred Skills and Experience:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Customer service experienceExperience with a handheld ordering device and working in a multi-temperature environmentStocking, product handling, local delivery, or unloading experienceFoodservice distribution, grocery store, or beverage delivery experiencePhysical Demands and Work Environment:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
