Riverside Auto Group, a well-established automotive dealership, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Professionals to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in developing sales strategies, implementing effective sales processes, and ensuring the overall success of the sales department.

Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales teamSet sales targets and monitor the performance of the sales teamDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholdersEnsure excellent customer service and satisfactionStay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activitiesMonitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishmentManage and resolve customer complaints or issuesPrepare sales reports and present them to senior managementRequirements
