As an Emergency Room Nurse you are commonly responsible for bone setting, blood transfusions, wound care, and so much more. In this role, there is no fixed tasks, so it can be stressful but, rewarding at the same time. If you are that #ERNURSE and wanting that #Nurselife.Qualifications:EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAININGCurrent and valid state RN LicenseCurrent BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain currentCurrent ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain currentCurrent PALS (AHA) certificate and/or ENPC 30 days upon hire and maintain currentBasic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hireTrauma Nurse Core Course (TNNC) within 6 months of hire requiredMinimum of one year experience as a staff nurse RN in an acute care hospital setting; E.R. setting preferredCertified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferredBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferredFacility Specific Requirements (facility may require items listed below):In Paramedic Base Station ED: MICN within 12 months of hire and maintain currentEDAP certified facilities: Completion of emergency pediatric course 1 and 2 within 6 months of hireNon OB facilities: NRP (AHA) certificate 90 days upon hire and maintain current
