As a

Sr. HR Data Analyst / Sr. People Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in shaping Berrys future by empowering data-informed decision-making across the People & Strategy team. You will work closely with the senior leadership and the People team to provide advanced analytics & strategic insights across the various functional areas including recruiting, retention, total rewards, employee engagement, DEI and more. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will establish data best practices and implement data-driven processes aimed at continuously improving the human resources organization at Berry Global. Your expertise will be critical in driving high-impact projects and initiatives that enhance overall business outcomes.Responsibilities:Understands key challenges facing our business, partnering with key stakeholders to find creative ways to apply data to solve them; ability to connect the dots between data & business outcomesStrong project management skills with the ability to lead and drive system implementation and enhancement projects.Takes pride in the quality and impact of their work and drives projects forward with minimal guidanceLooks for ways to continuously improve processes to maximize efficiency and remove redundancyCommunicates analysis results with technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, dashboards and presentations. Exhibit authentic communication skills including transparency and clarity in both formal and informal settings. Has the ability to communicate complex information into easily understood concepts through compelling stories.Collaborates with business partners to understand their data needs, and gathers requirements to translate solutions into relevant insights.Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of data systems and structures, and delivers improvements from conception to completion.Develops and implements processes for updating, validating, and correcting employee records, supporting data governance and quality initiatives.Analyzes master data trends and identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize data accuracy and usability.Compiles and validates comprehensive data and analysis for inclusion in executive reporting.Establishes KPIs and best practices around training and development throughout the division.Leads the development of dashboards and tools needed in order to drive data-informed decision makingCreates and maintains the documentation of procedures and processes; develops user-guides as needed.Gathers and analyzes qualitative and quantitative data on HR metrics, making data-driven recommendations to enhance strategies and processes.Interprets data, tracking internal benchmarks, and builds case studies for leadership to inform interventions.Conducts special projects and other duties as assigned by leadership.Qualifications:Bachelors degree is required. Advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 6-8 years of work experience in a Data Analytics role.Ability to drive business decisions using data mining and statistical analysis.Expert in uncovering underlying business goals; ability to determine how to frame questions into analytical questions that can be measured & answered.Ability to synthesize large data sets into executive summaries to create a compelling case for change.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to interface and communicate effectively with leadership.Agility to juggle multiple ongoing projects at the same time. Can work both collaboratively and autonomously at times.Ability to see the big picture and implement corresponding data solutions.
