Requirements:Education:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.Licensure:
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.Certifications:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course (to be completed within 90 days of hire).
