Join us as our new Technical Service Manager (West Allis, WI)
In this role you'll make an impact by:Providing leadership as a direct manager to the AH&N North American Technical Service teamBuilding internal alliances with sales leaders, global marketing, regional marketing, product management and innovation to facilitate the Technical Services teams skills and contribution to the overall global business unit's success.Representing the Technical Service team in the AH&N North American Management team and contribute to the overall direction of the AH&N businessInterfacing personally and supporting the team's overall sales efforts with key customers and prospects to achieve the quarterly and annual sales targetsManaging the regional trial budget and all expenditures relating to the technical service teamEstablishing and maintaining relationships with industry consultants, key opinion leaders, leaders of research organizations and universitiesContributing to developing and approving research protocols for regional trials and overseeing the securing research contracts and the execution of such contractsOccasionally presenting or contributing to industry conferences and trade shows including the development of abstracts, posters or presentationsTo succeed you must hold:
Experience and success in managing high performing teams and or cross functional project teamsA passion for / strong connections within the North American Agri-business sectorDVM or Ph.D. (M.Sc could be considered)Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of time including international air travel. This position requires a valid driver's license and good driving record.
