As the Director, E-Commerce & E-Retail, you'll be the strategic mastermind, data wiz, and inspiring leader driving our online sales to new heights. You’ll collaborate across teams, and craft innovative strategies to optimize our online store, ensuring a seamless and profitable customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce and e-retail strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize profitability.Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and average order value.Vendor Management:Drive Amazon & Shopify Operating Plan to deliver growth and profitability.Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners involved in e-commerce operations.Customer Experience:Develop and drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.Identify strategies and improvements of the customer journey with a customer-centric approachDigital Marketing:Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Leverage data analytics to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Team Leadership:Lead and manage a team of 2 e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.Qualifications and Skills

10+ years of experience in e-commerce management.Proven track record of successfully driving online sales and revenue growth.Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and industry trendsStrong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing e-commerce environment.Additional Desired Skills
