Summary The Logistics Specialist is accountable for outbound goods as well as the management of inventory. The Logistics Specialist is responsible for area performance and improvements, support and develop team members and contributes to the development and achievement of the Production budget. Key Responsibilities - Accountable for supporting outcomes in quality for the area. - Regularly review finished goods vs system quality hold. - Manage pallet control and processing of pallet movement documentation. - Order pallets and reconcile pallet hire accounts. - Engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders (Forklift Drivers, Production Team, Logistics Team etc.) - Communicate regularly with all team members to ensure they are informed on operations, activities, developments and changes, which impact on their work. - Training team members in relevant updated processes. - Set clear direction and organize work daily, weekly and monthly. - Provide regular feedback and coaching to your team members on performance to the team. - Communicate regularly with team members to ensure they are informed on operations, activities, developments and changes which impact on their work.
