Purpose:

The Contracts Specialist is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and record keeper of all client contracts for Data Dimensions. By serving as the liaison between the Company, attorneys, and clients, the Contract Specialist ensures compliance with all legal requirements, analyzes risks, and accuracy of contracts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Record keeper of all client contracts, business contracts and legal documents; serves as corporate liaison with legal partners to review and support execution of business documents.Develops contract proposals to support client contract negotiation process.Ensures all client contracts are accurate, up to date, and appropriate signatures are gathered for contract execution.Writes contract letters, communications, and other notices to present to COO for approval.Negotiates and approves contract terms while ensuring projects remain within the established budget.Partners with internal stakeholders to provide pricing for new and existing business.Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner as per departmental guidelines.Coordinate all billing information with accounting and contracting departments to ensure proper items are invoiced, monitor invoicing for accuracy.Assume role of company representative to clients in regard to sales once initial sale is made by keeping lines of communication open with client and sales manager as to new business opportunities, educating clients to new service offerings provided by Data Dimensions and working with sales manager and contracting departments to ensure contracts are renewed on a timely basis.Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.

Qualification Requirements -

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:

Must be at least 18 years of age.Able to read, write and speak English.Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.Associate degree plus 2 years of related experience in contract administration or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.Strict attention to detail.Ability to quickly understand concepts and create final presentations/documents.Strong writing competency & proficiency.Flexibility, able to manage changing deadlines.Ability to reach across the organization and collaborate to accomplish work.Certificates and Licenses:

Notary Public certification a plus.Computer Skills:

Proficient knowledge of technology platforms Adobe and Microsoft Office Professional including MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
