Onboarding Schedule:

Orientation is Friday, September 20th from 9am-2pm, virtually.

Training & Regular Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm and every other Saturday. Overtime can be expected regularly throughout the week.

*This position requires driving a company vehicle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately utilize computerized systems and programs to carry out mailroom activities.Responsible for loading and unloading van to pick up mail from Post Office.Remove mail from boxes and place in appropriate P.O. tub.Prep shipments for storage.Operate and use mailroom tools and equipment in an efficient and safe manner.Retrieve and examine items in discard bins and ensure all items in bin are to be destroyed.Reference work instructions as needed.Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.Qualification Requirements -

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:

Must be at least 18 years of age.Able to read, write and speak English.Able to maintain confidential information.Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.High school diploma, or equivalent.Valid Driver's License.Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Suite experience.
