*Overview * We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality care to patients across various age groups and conditions. *Duties * - Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients - Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients‘ physical health - Educate patients and their families on at-home care techniques - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation *Requirements * - Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge - Experience in orthopedics, pediatrics, geriatrics, and trigger point therapy is preferred - Ability to provide compassionate patient care in various settings such as hospitals and home community care - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
