We are seeking a dependable, compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve their physical goals and improve their overall quality of life. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering patient-centered care and are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy.

* *Duties: * *

- Provide physical therapy services to patients in our outpatient clinic and at local pool next door

- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify areas of improvement and develop personalized treatment plans.

- Utilize a range of techniques and modalities, including trigger point therapy, to address patient needs and promote healing and rehabilitation.

- Implement evidence-based interventions to address physical limitations and improve overall function and mobility.

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate patient care.

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to promote long-term recovery and wellness.

- Document patient information and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements.

* *Skills: * *

- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform treatment decisions.

- Proficiency in medical terminology and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

- Experience working with patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics.

- Familiarity with home community care and the ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.

- Certification in physical therapy and a current license to practice in the state of .

Job Type: Part-time
