- Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent, focusing on property & casualty sales representatives.- Manage high-volume recruitment, particularly targeting insurance agents, with up to 30 individuals starting on the same date.- Source candidates proactively beyond just posting jobs, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.- Collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Campus Programs, and the Diversity & Inclusion group to align recruitment efforts with company goals.- Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and qualifications.- Develop applicant sources through outreach to community services, colleges, agencies, recruiters, media, and online platforms.- Assess applicant qualifications via interviews, reference checks, and qualification comparisons.- Coordinate management interviews, including scheduling and making travel arrangements.- Manage candidate experience by handling job postings, descriptions, and requirements in the ATS (iCIMS).- Facilitate the offer process and negotiate employment terms with successful candidates.

$31 - $41/hour
