Job Description

The Senior Account Director is responsible leading the client/agency relationship for a large, designated business unit in the spirits/bev-alc industry.

The Senior Account Director will play an integral role on the agency's leadership team. Reporting into the Managing Director, the Senior Account Director will serve as a trusted leader to the account team and partner to key client decision makers. The role will support the overall growth of the agency.

This role is 2 days per week onsite, at our headquarter offices, located at Hudson Yards (NYC) and the other 3 days are remote.

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, setting clear goals and strategies to meet client objectivesFoster strong client relationships against large scopes of work through regular communication, including meetings, calls, and presentationsCollaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, etc.) to develop innovative and impactful solutions that address client challengesServe as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing effortsOversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scopeMonitor and analyze campaign performance, providing timely reports and actionable insights to clientsActively seek opportunities to upsell and expand existing accounts, identifying additional areas of value for clientsStay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to provide thought leadership and inform strategic initiativesLead and mentor direct reports, providing guidance and support for their professional growthAll administrative responsibilities to meet agency complianceQualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field10+ years of experience in account management in an agency environment, supporting a beverage or bev-alc clientProven track record of successfully managing client accounts, scopes of work and driving measurable resultsExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to diverse stakeholdersStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying opportunities for growth and optimizationExcellent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, project management, and a variety of software/applicationsAbility to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving excellenceUp-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practicesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentManage administrative tasks with attention to meeting agency compliance guidelines and standards

Additional Information

The base compensation range for this job classification is between $175,000.00-$210,000.00 annually. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service, brand program, and geographic location. This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
