The ideal candidate has commercial construction estimating experience, is detailed oriented & organzied. **This position is hybrid & could potentially be remote for the right candidate. **100% benefits paid for you & your family! Responsibilities
Commercial Plumbing Estimator with expertise in producing accurate material and labor take-offs for bidding on projects across various construction sectors: education, institutional, retail, hospitality, corrections, government, process piping, waste and water treatment, and commercial buildings.Skilled in creating manual or digital material, equipment, and fixture take-offs using Quote Express software.Capable of identifying, communicating, and coordinating scopes of work to request pricing from subcontractors and vendors.Experienced in evaluating bids for completeness and compliance.Proficient in pricing materials and estimating labor, extending detailed cost estimates using Microsoft Excel.
