Description and Requirements

The Channel Operations Manager will provide support to the CDW Sales Team & CDW Partner and Product Management Organization in the North America geography. This position reports into Sr Sales Director at Lenovo leading our CDW business. This is a fast-paced role for someone who has strong analytical and communication skills, and who has the ability to strategically execute.

Key Responsibilities:Manage delivery of timely, accurate BMS measurement reportingInterface with teams on topics of key activity metrics, pipeline, and quarterly revenue commitmentsPerform analysis around historical trends for future predictionsAnalyze and understand trends in key metrics, to provide business insights and recommend corrective actionsProvide analytics and manage the changes for sales coverageModel key metrics and provide recommendations to sales leaders in areas including but not limited to revenue and profitManage projects for CDW - Drive ownership and follow-through of actions and activities.Control supporting material for internal communication (Quarterly Operational Reviews, Deep Dives)Support the Lenovo Channel team through enablement and execution of strategic programs and management of funding with CDWBasic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related field8+ years' experience in IT or related technologies.Preferred Requirements:

Superior Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skillsDemonstrated financial acumen, systems knowledge, and overall business insight.Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic abilities.Experience with Dynamics, Qlik, SQL, or PowerBISuperior communications skills, both verbal and writtenRefined presentation skills with ability to present to leadership team on a weekly basis.Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously.Project management skillsExpected travel = 20% quarterly
