JOB TITLE: Scrum MasterRemote
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:• Facilitation of Scrum Mastero Daily Scrum Meetingso Sprint Planning Meetingso Sprint Review Meetingso Sprint Retrospective Meetings• Maintain Team Dynamics o Coach team members (e.g., with one-on-one coaching)o Mediate through impediments & conflictso Identify outstanding project and product decisions impacting team deliveryo Foster the assigned team's self-organizationo Support Team, Project and Organization goals with project leaders and product owner(s)o Provide feedback to the teamo Encourage the use of Agile Practices within the development teams• Help in product related activitieso Help teams and vendors with the release planningo Be familiar with the team (i.e., the product)• Supporting the big pictureo Bring people together who should meet and support each othero Keep in touch with every stakeholder regularlyo Help the team report to managemento Help to further the Agile community within the organizationo Be a contact person for everyone on the team and their stakeholders regarding Agileo Provide learning opportunities to people in the organization (e.g., talks or workshops) and letting them learn important Agile concepts (e.g., technical debt)o Facilitate changeExpertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:• Five (5) years minimum experience working in the Scrum Master role
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:• Familiarity with JIRA• Agile development (Scrum Methodology)
