Senior Application Engineer

to join their team as a

Desktop Performance Applications Engineer . In this role, you will take the lead in managing the design, performance, and support of desktop, laptop, and virtual image environments. You will also serve as a third-level escalation point for end-user technical support issues.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, optimization, and management of desktop, laptop, and virtual image performance.Provide third-level support for escalated end-user technical issues.Monitor, analyze, and tune desktop operating systems for optimal performance.Manage and support endpoints using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, and Endpoint Analytics.Utilize the Nexthink Experience platform for endpoint performance management and analysis.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and network connectivity.Support VDI/Azure and M365 environments.Leverage database experience to improve system performance and reliability.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Minimum of 5 years' experience with desktop operating system performance monitoring, analysis, and tuning.Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (Intune, Endpoint Analytics), M365, and Nexthink Experience (or similar) platform.Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and network troubleshooting.Familiarity with VDI/Azure environments and database systems.Mac OS support experience is a plus.Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
