IT Security Specialist with Ping Federate Location: Addison, Texas (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Candidate Preference: Candidates residing in Texas Must-Have Skills: PingFederate Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with PingFederate, including policy management and integration. Containerization: Experience with container technologies like OpenShift or Kubernetes. SSO & IAM: 7 years of experience in Information Security with a focus on industry-standard SSO technologies and protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO, SCIM, LDAP, SAML). Cloud IAM: Experience deploying and integrating IAM solutions in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). CI/CD for IAM: Familiarity with build and deployment automation using tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, XLR, and Ansible. Security Knowledge: Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, MFA, risk-based authentication, and privileged access management. Web Development: Experience with HTML, XML, XSL/XSLT, XPath, and JavaScript. System Administration: Proficient in Linux, Windows, Tomcat, WebLogic, and IBM WebSphere environments. Scripting & Automation: Ability to utilize scripting languages like Shell, Perl, Python, JavaScript, and PowerShell. API & Integration: Understanding of API design, RESTful Services, and modern application interaction patterns. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain secure identity and access management solutions using PingFederate. Deploy and integrate IAM solutions in cloud environments. Automate build and deployment processes for IAM solutions using CI/CD tools. Configure and manage SSO protocols and policies. Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure application integration. Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues. Stay current on industry trends and emerging security threats. Preferred Qualifications: Holistic IAM View: Understanding of the broader IAM landscape, including authentication, authorization, endpoint security, network security, and policy engines. Large-Scale Project Experience: Experience in deploying global projects and programs. IT Security & Risk Management: Familiarity with IT security and risk management best practices. Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills. Learning Agility: Motivation and willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
