Summary:The Children's Health Marketing and Communications Operations team is looking for a highly motivated project management specialist with demonstrated strength in marketing, communications, problem solving, and intellectual curiosity. This position plays a critical role in improving the efficiency and productivity of the department by enhancing processes and implementing systems through which we deliver our strategy. Responsible for the stewardship of the Marketing and Communications team's time, this role will align resources to the most important strategic objectives and advise as the in-house efficiency expert. Requires someone who thrives in start-up environment and is motivated by opportunities to support a team's operations as partners towards fulfilling our mission-driven strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

Stays up to date on our organizational and marketing strategyCollaborates with partners across the department to design mutually beneficial processes that encourage efficiency and transparencyAdministrates the project management software suite including the building of workflows and templatesEstablishes, communicates, and regulates realistic SLAs with partners for recurring requestsMonitors the demand for resources and adjusts timelines and assignments accordinglyHow You'll Be Successful:

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 5 years Related experience, such as marketing, communications, public relations, agency, or related field required. EDUCATION

Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Req
