Business Development ExecutiveWe are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team for single family development in Albuquerque, NM. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsAchieve sales targetsDevelop and implement sales strategiesCollaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfactionProvide excellent customer servicePrepare and deliver presentations to clientsKeep up-to-date with industry trends and developmentsRequirements:Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareAbility to travel as requiredPay & Benefits
