As the Business Development Manager at XO you will play a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of our organization and customers, maintaining our reputation as the Global leader in private aviation. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development, you will be working directly with Business Development Associates and Client Services Representatives, driving their performance to meet and exceed goal. You will also be a key contributor to the development and execution of account management strategies, customer lifecycle, fostering a culture of excellence and best in class interactions with our passengers.

Responsibilities

Team Development & ExecutionAssist with customer journey from registration to flying on XO Shared Flights.Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales team culture.Quality control of customer interactions as well as available information for them.Continuously improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Monitor and report on sales metrics and KPIs.Customer Management

Setting up face-to-face meetings with top flyers and new customers at various FBOs in NY and South FloridaConducting phone, email, and app based communication with top flyers to ensure customer satisfaction as well as onboarding of new flyersHandling incoming enquiries by prospective customers and current membersProviding weekly KPI reports, including lead source tracking, calls made, qualified calls description, meetings and activities accomplished, direct mailing documentation;Collaboration with leadership team as well as client services teams on customer needs, preferences, and issuesEnsure that the customer experience is as stated during the sales process by proactively coordinating between internal departments to ensure customers' requests are dealt with in a timely fashion.Product Knowledge and Training:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and product knowledge.Provide ongoing training and development to all team members to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.Required Skills and Experience

An appropriate communication style for liaising with High Net Worth individuals and/or at Board/Director/Executive level;Proven track record in sales and/or account management, including experience as a Sales Manager or in a similarExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing culture.Results-driven and goal-oriented.
