Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
Respond quickly to internet, phone and online service inquiries.
Provide customers with initial service information, and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
Present information based on customer needs.
Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales/parts teams and dealership management.
Utilize CRM tracking/scheduling system daily.
Keep records of all outgoing and incoming rental vehicles.
Filing/Other office duties
Other duties requested by the general or service manager.
Qualifications

Positive and hardworking personality
Strong computer skills
Valid driver’s license
