As a Business Development Representative, you are tasked with receiving and handling large amounts of inbound/outbound calls and emails in a timely, professional, and informative manner. A Business Development Representative is responsible for helping identify customer needs, provide information on inventory, partner with the sales department & managers, and set appointments for customer visits.

Willingness to receive a high amount of inbound callsPartner with the sales department to schedule appointmentsGreet customers and provide information on dealership processesContact and communicate with customers to identify needs and viable solutionsFollow all dealership processes and procedures, high frequency of contact with customersThoroughly document all contacts within the customer management systemComplete internet lead management work plans on a daily basisAnswer all calls in a prompt, professional, and courteous mannerCreate, distribute, and utilize scripts to collect all pertinent customer information and document in the system accordinglyMaintain excellent customer service skills and motivation to be successfulManage high volume incoming and outgoing calls, ranging from 50+ calls per dayQualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious Business Development Representative experience preferredValid Driver’s license and clean driving recordAdvanced computer & phone skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentVarious language proficiency a plus
