Responsibilities:Ensure safety standards are met.Accurately document mail group names, sequence numbers, and mail pieces.Inspect mail pieces for defects and log issues.Match mail tray tags in sequence with USPS trays.Operate, adjust, and troubleshoot mail inserter equipment.Escalate unresolved issues to technicians.Monitor quality, unload completed jobs, and prepare workstations for the next day.Sort and organize printed documents and assignments.Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.Experience operating commercial machines/equipment.Production or warehouse experience.Basic math skills, including calculator use.Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.Able to lift 25 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform various warehouse tasks.Team-oriented, punctual, and willing to learn new tasks.Preferred:
Mail operator or warehouse experience.Certified to drive electric pallet jacks or forklifts.
