PRIMARY PURPOSE:Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the office
QUALIFICATIONS:Education/Certification:
High school diploma or higherSatisfactory score on MCISD clerical test in all categories
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Serves as receptionist in the office; answer calls and relay messages; and assist in maintaining good public relations.Type reports, correspondence, newsletters and other materials as needed.Receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail.Maintains files of correspondence, catalogs, and other information.Performs all duties in a safe manner to avoid injury to oneself and/or others.Performs other duties as requested.
