Sales Manager

to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales strategies and processes. The Sales Manager will drive the Stellantis team. The sales aim team to achieve company targets, build strong relationships with key clients, and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Other responsibilities include:

Develop and Implement Sales Strategies

Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve goalsIdentify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the customer base

Team Leadership and Development

Led, mentored, and motivated the sales team to achieve goalsProvide ongoing training and development to improve team members' skills and product knowledge

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Monitor sales performance and analyze to identify trends and opportunitiesPrepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and team progress for senior management

Market and Competitor Analysis

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Adjust sales strategies based on market analysis and feedback

Collaboration and Coordination

Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.Participate in cross-functional team meetings to drive business growth

Negotiation and Deal Closure

Lead negotiations with key clients and close desired dealsEnsure sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards

To qualify for this role you must meet the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering preferredMinimum 5 years of work experience in a sales field preferably within the Global Automotive MarketProven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales teamExpertise in negotiating deals and closing salesKnowledge of the Stellantis Supplier Portal and associated applicationsExcellent negotiation, planning, delegation and organizational skillKey to being successful in this role:
