We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide ongoing training and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotions to drive showroom traffic and maximize sales opportunities.Customer Experience:

Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Implement best practices to enhance the overall customer experience.Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, goals, and forecasts.Inventory Management:

Oversee vehicle inventory levels, pricing, and merchandising to ensure alignment with market demand and dealership objectives.Collaboration:

Work closely with the finance department to streamline the sales process and assist customers with financing options. Coordinate with the service and parts departments to address customer needs.What We Offer

Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.Proficiency in dealership management software and CRM systems.High level of customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
